Product Description

DESCRIPTION: SS 305 is an austenitic Chromium-Nickel stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, and is suitable for very severe cold forming operations. Nickel content is increased compared with the base grade AISI 304 to lower the work hardening rate. Preferred for deep drawing, spinning operations and remain non-magnetic.

APPLICATIONS: Pen caps and bodies, deep drawn components generally. Typical uses include appliances, kitchen utensils, tank covers and other deep drawn parts.
